Position: Marketing Administrative Assistant

Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this vital role you will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives by managing administrative tasks that enable the team to focus on strategic projects. As a Marketing Administrative Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our department facilitating communication and providing exceptional support to both the marketing team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage and organize marketing materials including brochures flyers and digital content.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing reports tracking campaign performance and analytics.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to marketing initiatives.
  • Schedule and organize meetings taking notes and following up on action items as necessary.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar ensuring all deadlines are met and information is uptodate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment while also being selfmotivated.
