You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position is located at the Child Care Resource Office (formerly Care About Childcare) on the Utah State University campus in Logan Utah. The Child Care Resource Agencys mission is to supporting child care providers and programs parents and the community to improve the quality of child care services across Cache Box Elder and Rich Counties.
As the face of the Care About Childcare agency this front office position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a warm welcoming and professional demeanor. The work is varied and dynamic including responsibilities such as database management and troubleshooting general office tasks scheduling participating in community events organizing and maintaining materials and setting up and cleaning up for both inoffice and communitybased activities.
This is an inperson position and is not eligible for remote work as it includes greeting visitors and managing the agencys busy main phone line. The successful candidate must be dependable and punctual with consistent ontime attendance to ensure excellent support for staff providers and families. Some evening and Saturday hours are required.
