Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
As a human resources generalist at our corporate office in West Point Mississippi you will earn a starting pay of $30 per hour commensurate with experience by supporting daily HR operations and focusing on employee support and benefits administration.
- What Youll Do: Administer employee benefits pay and leave; maintain personnel files; update our HRIS systems UKG; foster employee engagement; and improve HR processes.
- Work Environment: Office setting; Monday through Friday 85 schedule with a onehour lunch; collaborating between corporate HR and site staff.

- Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field; excellent communication organizational and computer skills; ability to act with integrity; SHRMCP or PHR is a plus.
