- To ensue the sampling of all the materials according to Standard Operating Procedure.
- To ensure the Testing of Raw Material and Packing Material according to approved procedure.
- To recommend the release of Raw Material and Packing Material in standard format.
- To carry out investigation in case of Out of specifications and take the corrective action and preventive actions.
- To intimate the Officer Stores and Manager Quality Control for the failure of any Raw Material andPacking material however if the Manager Quality Control is absent then intimating the status of the same to Q.C. Head.
- To record all the data related to the testing on line on daytoday basis and ensuring the traceability of it.
- To carry out the calibration of all the analysis instruments as per the schedule.
- To bring to the notice the abnormalities and deviations to Manager Quality Control and Q.C. Head.
- To prepare the working standards as per the guidelines and pharmacopoeias.
- To ensure the status tag on the released material and transfer of such material in the released area.
- To train team members on current good manufacturing practices and good laboratory practice.
- To check all the calculation of the respective test protocol and daily release status.
- To prepare distribute and check the analytical work and documentation.
You will also be responsible for any other work which may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
