Building Inspector / Senior Building Inspector
Location Cornwall
Salary Competitive

Our Role
We are looking for a two registered Building Inspectors to join our Truro team to assist in covering the Cornwall area (Central and East areas). We are keen to speak tocustomer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
- BSR registration of ideally class 2 A B D for plan checking and site inspection
- Conversant with relevant legislation technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
- Previous inhouse or external building control experience
- Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
- Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
- Current valid driving licence
