Job Summary
RPOs client is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales / Account Manager to join their team in Rosebank Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in media or advertising who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships. This is a full-time onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the media sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships understanding client advertising needs
- Present and pitch media products and services highlighting value and ROI
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to drive new business
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales or an advertising-related role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Familiarity with media platforms and advertising tools is essential
