Job Description

Receptionist

We are seeking a full time Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude to join a great team of people! This important individual will be the first contact for many guests. Greet guests that enter the dealership as well as answer phone calls and direct them as needed. This position will also have some accounting responsibilities scanning and filing. Hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:30am5pm and Friday 9am6pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible professional and enjoy working with people. Dealership experience and knowledge of Excel a plus but not required. Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct Guests as they enter the dealership
  • Operate switchboard telephone system by answering phones and directing calls as needed
  • Communicate with guests and fellow employees in a professional friendly and efficient manner
  • Work closely with Cashier including receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
  • Daily weekly and monthly accounting responsibilities
  • Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate customer interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
  • Professional appearance
