JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development and supervision of the Premium Services staff as well as the daily operation. Assists the department leads and team members in achieving the revenue plan and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily operation of Cabanas and Premium Seating inclusive of Guest Service standards Team Member satisfaction cleanliness facility upkeep safety and training.
- Manages the Premium Team Captain Team to ensure an efficient operation. Manages the daily labor/expense budgets and ensures appropriate staffing utilization and par staffing levels. Adjust staffing levels to support sales needs and demand. Provides direction to Team Captains to proactively manage scheduling opportunities and labor efficiencies. Develops and coaches Team Captains and provides feedback on performance and growth.
- Manages hourly Team Members by communicating and enforcing performance expectations company policies and departmental operating standards. Addresses Team Member situations and collaborates with the Human Resources Team for guidance when necessary. Participates in shift meetings and communicates pertinent information.
- Analyzes reports to monitor Express/Seating inventories. Identify trends and creates action plans to increase control of the Premium Product distribution increase sales opportunities and improves the overall guest
- Partners with various partners throughout Universal Orlando Resort including Food and Beverage Event Management VIP Management Product Planning Facilities Wardrobe etc. to ensure a seamless and elevated Guest Experience. Identifies gaps in service and provides recovery and recommendations as necessary.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned. High school degree or GED required. Bachelors degree from a fouryear college or university business management preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year in Park Operations Leadership required.
