Job Description
The Institutional Advancement Department at Elizabethtown College is currently accepting applications for an Associate Director of Development Research . As a member of the Institutional Advancement team the Associate Director of Development Research is responsible for the effective management measurement and analysis of the movement of prospects through the fundraising cycle. This position will also work closely with advancement staff to provide strategic insights into prospect and portfolio management in order to build and maintain constituent pipelines. Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required plus two years data management experience. Experience in data analytics and prospect management preferred. Knowledge of Jenzabar and Blackbaud FPM preferred; not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Development Development database systems and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience in data analytics and project management.
Work Schedule
MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm; occasional weekend or evenings
