Description
We are looking for an intern to join our Global Mobility Team. You will be part of an experienced team within DNVs Global Center HR dedicated to delivering worldclass Global Mobility services. Youll also have the chance to contribute to various global projects where your ideas and innovations can be put into action.
During this internship you will be working with:
- support international assignments processes in DNV
- Immigration tax social security and labor law compliance matters;
- HR related activities;
- internal procedures related to compensation and payroll setup;
- possible support for business travel compliance.
In this role you will:
- manage all assignmentrelated activities from preassignment to repatriation for a dedicated group of assignees ensuring alignment with DNVs policies and statutory requirements.
- collaborate with internal teams and thirdparty vendors to ensure smooth and efficient employee relocations.
- improve the global mobility process experience
- maintain data integrity across Global Mobility databases and generate reports to support salary adjustments.
- support activities related to compensation tax social security and benefits compliance for international assignees.

QualificationsTo boost your chances of success you should have:
