Job Description

As an IT Support Intern you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance and support related to computer systems hardware software and other IT-related issues. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of IT tasks with opportunities to specialize in data AI or marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and inquiries.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network problems.

  • Support users with Zoho applications and Google Suite tools.

  • Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripherals.

  • Document and track support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in support processes.

  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Help manage and maintain video production room and devices such as video camera microphones mixers lights

  • Setup the production room for recordings podcasts webinars

Opportunities for Specialization:

  • Data: Gain exposure to data management analysis and reporting tools. Learn about data security data warehousing and data visualization.


  • AI: Work with AI technologies and tools assist in AI model training and deployment and learn about AI-driven solutions and applications.

  • Marketing: Support the marketing team with IT-related needs including digital marketing tools analytics platforms and marketing automation.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Final year or recently completed a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware software and networking principles.

  • Familiarity with Zoho applications and Google Suite tools is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks.
