Head Coach Women's Volleyball

The Department of Athletics at Kutztown University invites applications for the position of Head Womens Volleyball Coach. Kutztown University is an NCAA Division II member institution which competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The Head Coach is responsible for all phases of the womens volleyball program including recruitment of prospective studentathletes academic success of studentathletes game preparation and strategy supervision of assistant coaches scheduling organizing camps and clinics in support of Kutztown athletics fund raising adherence to NCAA rules and regulations and general administrative duties. In addition the Head Coach will be responsible for supporting the philosophy goals and mission of the University and its Intercollegiate Athletics program as well as adherence to Departmental University Conference and NCAA policies and procedures.

• Bachelors degree
• At least 3 years of coaching experience in the sport of volleyball
• Demonstrate ability in skill development staff supervision and general administrative duties
• An understanding of NCAA rules compliance
• Prior successful experience in recruiting qualified studentathletes
• Fiscal management skills
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Candidate must complete a successful interview

• Coaching experience at the NCAA collegiate level
• Coaching experience at NCAA DII institution
