Job Description
MustHaves:
5 years of experience in AI/ML development including productiongrade deployments;
Deep understanding of AI architecture MLOps practices and scalable system design;
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI Hugging Face Transformers) and prompt engineering;
Proven handson experience with Python and tools like n8n Zapier etc.;
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes);
Solid understanding of data pipelines APIs and AI models (ideally with Azure Open AI);
Fluent in English (written & spoken); excellent communication and collaboration skills (German is a very big plus for this candidate);
NicetoHaves:
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams;
Experience with edge AI federated learning or privacypreserving ML;
Background in software engineering best practices (CI/CD testing clean code).
