You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere hiring a Claims Associate to join our clients highperforming Claims team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys problemsolving and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Youll play a key part in supporting the claims process from end to endworking with internal teams external consultants and clients to resolve matters efficiently and professionally.
Manage customer and internal enquiries related to claims
Coordinate and assist in processing claims including approvals and referrals to General Counsel as required
Act as a key operational contact for thirdparty consultants such as assessors surveyors lawyers and valuers
Prepare claimsrelated reports for the Team Leader and support reporting requirements from senior leadership
Assist with customer communications addressing questions and concerns clearly and promptly
Maintain accurate records in CRM and support document tracking through the claims lifecycle
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to team success
Perform other administrative or projectbased tasks as required
Previous experience in claims insurance legal services or a related professional services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Confidence liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive teamfocused culture
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Responding to enquiries with professionalism and clarity
Managing claim files efficiently and in line with company procedures
Building strong working relationships with colleagues and service providers
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting broader company goals
