Hype Tier is currently seeking a detailoriented and dependable Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Boston MA. This role combines data management with customer service tasks providing vital support to internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data managing records and assisting customers with inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update customer data into internal systems and databases
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and clarity
Maintain organized and current records of all customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and report issues as needed
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Follow up on outstanding customer requests and maintain documentation
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Previous experience in data entry customer service or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
