Were on the lookout for a highenergy peopleloving detailcrushing Delivery Executive to help drive our Delivery & Catering functions to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Delivery & Guest Experience youll lead the catering platform and helping manage our relationships with delivery aggregators like Uber Eats DoorDash and Menulog. If youre someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and loves turning guests into raving fans this ones for you.

What Youll Be Doing

Delivery Strategy & Operations

• Partner with the Head of Delivery & Guest Experience to roll out GYGs Delivery strategy across the business including our own GYG Delivery.
• Help make sure our guests are getting their food hot fresh and fast every single time.
• Work with our operation and technology functions to continue to improve the delivery experience.

Aggregator Partnerships

• Be the daytoday point of contact for our delivery aggregator partners (Uber Eats DoorDash etc.).
• Build strong collaborative relationships with our partners we want to be their goto.
• Represent GYG at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure our voice is heard loud and clear.

GYG Delivery Lead

• Be the internal guru for everything GYG Delivery.
• Coach the team and help build their confidence in handling deliveryrelated guest enquiries.

Catering (and we mean the really good kind)

• Partner with the Head of Delivery & Guest Experience to lead the strategy for catering
• Manage logistics like a pro including working with Uber Eats for catering deliveries.
• Work with operations supply chain and technology to continue to improve and evolve the catering platform including fit for purpose packaging.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on catering.
