Passavant Memorial Homes is currently looking for a Maintenance Contractor in the Rochester area. Ideal applicants are knowledgeable in maintenance including the areas of carpentry plumbing electrical general HVAC dry wall repair painting and tiling. Independent Contractors contribute to the maintenance of the community homes where individuals Passavant Memorial Homes is privileged to serve reside as well as the associated offices and facilities creating comfortable and productive living and work environments. Facility types include both residential and office settings. Additional compensation opportunities if available for snow ploughing and salting.

Independent Maintenance Contractors working with Passavant Memorial Homes are paid $40/hour and will receive an IRS Form 1099 documenting their payment.
