Weather Barr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith AR is looking to hire a fulltime Truck Stacker.

This firstshift Truck Stacker position earns a starting wage of $17.11$17.93 per hour . Payrate includes dependability bonus. You would also be eligible for fulltime benefits including medical vison dental insurance vacation time holiday pay shortterm disability life insurance a 401(k) plan and more.
TRUCK STACKER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*NO FORKLIFT USED IN THIS POSITION*
As a Truck Stacker you keep the finished products moving from the production line to the loading dock. Our Truck Stackers hand load all our custom windows. The ideal candidate for this position will have attention to detail. This is needed to pack and load our trucks with the right products for the final customer accurately and safely. Your job as the Truck Stacker will also be to final inspect the product before it is loaded to our trucks. You check each load to make sure all pieces of the order are complete and accurately made before you load them.
Our shipping department works together as a team. Weather Barr strives to build an atmosphere that promotes teamwork.
Efficiency is key in this position to keep the flow of finished product moving as well as to keep our loading dock clean. Attention to detail is needed as well. You will be responsible for manually carrying and tying off finished products on to the truck. The ideal candidate for this job will need to be someone who likes manual labor.
Safety is key at Weather Barr. Your job will be to eliminate or control unsafe conditions and work practices. Safety glasses gloves and hearing protection are required. Your job as Truck Stacker is to help us keep our commitment to high quality and timely delivery for our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIRSTSHIFT TRUCK STACKER
- Ability to read and understand customer orders bills of lading and shipping documentation
- Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly.
FIRSTSHIFT WORK SCHEDULE
This is a fulltime position that works the first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday Friday. Overtime as needed.
