Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: Chorley Lancashire
Salary: 15.00 to 16.00 per hour DOE /PA (incl. sleeps and oncall allowance)
Monthly Attendance Bonus: 150 per month
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Monday to Sunday 3 Shifts Per Week / 162.50 hours
Sleepins: 10 Per Month

Your Team:
You will be supported by a Clinical in House Team as well as the Head of Care who is an Ex Ofsted Inspector.
Career Progression: Additionally you will be enrolled in a fasttrack Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children. This qualification combined with paid study leave will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements:
- Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
- DOLS experience is desirable
- Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
- Knowledge of the Childrens Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements.
- A driving licence.
- Paid Study Leave for your Level 5
