The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RIMUHC) is a worldrenowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal Quebec the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position summary
Department / Research Program: Allergy and Clinical Immunology/Reproductive Immunology
Analysis of single cell RNA sequencing data from endometrial immune cells. Comparison of the endometrial immune landscape between patients with normal fertility and patients with recurrent implantation failure.
General Duties
Bioinformatic analysis (16 samples)
Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision
In depth understanding of bioinformatics pipeline related to single cell RNA sequencing
In depth understanding of basic immunology and regulatory immune responses
Prior experience with single cell RNA sequencing workflow.
Status : Temporary Occasional
Pay Scale: $27.32 to $50.74/hour. Commensurate with education & work experience.
Work Shift: Variable Schedule
Work Site: GLEN Site 1001 boul. Decarie
