Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Facilities Management Security IT Management Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of six (6) years experience of progressive responsibilities administering (installation support repairs troubleshooting applications) on various construction projects related to safety and security worked on software solutions for project management software application database integration asset management and enterprise network operation. A minimum of two (2) years supervisory/management experience. Ability to supervise coach manage and direct the staff. Comprehensive working knowledge of security card access systems intrusion alarm systems locks and keys hardwares familiar with electric lock hardware installation and working knowledge of the door access components ability to learn new technology and its operation for access systems. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills customer service skills excellent problem solving skills ability to remain calm under stressful situations as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a team environment and able to collaborate professionally with all stakeholders and the department heads UTS OUPD Housing Student Affairs Purchasing etc. Experience with budgeting technical proposal bidding process vendor management IT and purchasing procurement. Ability to execute tasks or the projects within budget and on schedule. Ability to present power point presentation to university management. This position is required to be performed inperson (40) hours per week.
