Description
Position Purpose:
The Craft Services Specialist is responsible for providing food beverages and snacks to support the media departments productions including instudio television shows onlocation shoots events and theatrical performances. This position ensures that meals for cast crew talent and special guests are accounted for while maintaining a clean and organized craft services area.
Essential Duties:
- Set up and maintain a fully stocked craft services table for select studio productions conference events and theatrical performances.
- Source and prepare a variety of nutritious food and beverage options accommodating dietary restrictions as needed.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory order catering supplies and maintain budgetary guidelines for craft services.
- Provide highquality customer service to media department personnel special guests and VIPs cast crew and talent.
- Coordinate with production teams to determine food service needs and schedule.
- Set up and break down the craft services area before and after events or productions.
- Keep a clean sanitary and aesthetically pleasing setup.
- Handle lastminute requests and adapt to the dynamic nature of production schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in highenergy environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and best practices.
- Ability to lift and transport supplies as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic to intermediate culinary skills.
- Good Problemsolving skills.
- Must be able to operate a Windowsbased computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the mission and values of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
- Flexibility to work varying hours including early mornings late nights and weekends as production schedules require.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- Previous experience in craft services catering food service or hospitality preferred.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
