Job Description

Responsibilities

As the Memory Disorder Clinic Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating clinical services of the Memory Disorder Clinic and NeuroScience Center. Coordinate staff to provide patient services. Provide counseling to patients for implementation of the teams recommendations. Supervises staff. Implement a marketing plan. Assure that requirements of the Florida Alzheimers Disease Initiative are met. At the NeuroScience Center: Provide education and support to inpatient and outpatient with neurological conditions. Coordinate support groups. Provides education and marketing linkage to community.
Reports: Practice Adminsitrator

Qualifications

Preferred: Masters degree in Social Work
Minimum: 1 year of experience in the field of social work Preferred: 3 years of experience in the field of social work experience with geriatrics and memory disorders.
