Job Description Summary
Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with hiring of office assistants 2. Facilitate office assistant development by hosting monthly meetings creating and distributing newsletters and sending informational emails if applicable and/or when necessary. 3. Gather OAs availability/class schedules and put together an OA schedule for each term. 4. Meet with AA at least one time each week to discuss any issues or concerns with OA staff questions that arise regarding RLFYE policies and procedures current project status updates OA projects for the week etc. 5. Supervise and enforce (when necessary) organization and tidiness of front office more specifically the OA work areas. 6. Work with AA to manage and track progress of largescale projects. These projects may include but are not limited to: a. archiving of student files at the end of each semester b. checkin day at the beginning of the fall semester c. file auditing
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
