We are seeking a dynamic crossfunctional professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines the expertise of a Business Consultant Senior Product Analyst and Technical Implementation Consultant. This individual will lead the integration of AIpowered solutions into our supervision platform collaborating directly with clients product teams and AI engineers to implement and scale innovative features. As the primary AI expert on our team you will drive AI adoption and ensure its successful implementation.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology and business processes has a passion for generative AI and can guide both internal teams and clients toward AI adoption that enhances client outcomes. This role requires high emotional intelligence strong documentation and communication skills and a deep curiosity about how supervision programs operate.
WORK POLICY: The candidate should be in the Plano TX office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
Client Advocacy & Business Process Understanding:
- Engage with clients to understand their current processes challenges and goals.
- Translate client needs into actionable requirements that reflect realworld use cases in probation pretrial or juvenile supervision.
AI Integration & Technical Alignment:
- Collaborate with AI engineers to define validate and optimize API layers and data flows.
- Understand the product ecosystem and direct technical implementation and testing.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML functionality into the core product suite.
Product Ownership & Documentation:
- Serve as a functional product owner for AIrelated initiatives.
- Create clear clientfocused documentation including business requirements user stories and implementation guides.
- Provide feedback on product design and usability from both client and internal stakeholder perspectives.
Implementation Support & Collaboration:
- Partner with Professional Services and Project Managers during client implementations.
- Guide configuration decisions and assist with training validation and rollout of AIenhanced features.
Champion AI Culture and Best Practices:
- Promote and educate teams on generative AI principles and responsible AI usage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and translate them into actionable innovation within the product roadmap
Education and Experience
- 3 years in business consulting product ownership or technical implementation.
- Familiarity with software development API frameworks and data flow design.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Proven ability to write clear documentation user stories and implement artifacts.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in generative AI tools and frameworks.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work crossfunctionally with product engineering and client teams.
- Experience in probation pretrial or juvenile supervision is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI/ML models and their application in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies product lifecycle and cloudbased SaaS platforms.
- Strong presentation skills and clientfacing experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Criminal Justice Computer Science or a related field.
