Job Description

As a nationwide NDIS provider we deliver toptier services like Supported Independent Living (SIL) disability support work and shortterm accommodation. Our goal is to provide personalised support to help individuals thrive emotionally psychologically and socially with a focus on mindfulness selfcare and community participation.

About the role

The Service Delivery Manager oversees our SIL homes ensuring participants receive highquality care in a safe compliant environment. This role involves managing staff including SIL house leaders and Disability Support Workers to uphold NDIS standards Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and duty of care requirements. The Service Delivery Manager mentors staff implements policies and ensures proper reporting and safe practices are followed. Some interstate travel will be required.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading daily operations across SIL services community programs and support teams.
  • Providing exceptional personcentred care that supports client goals.
  • Conducting 45 site visits per week.
  • Managing staff performance offering coaching and professional development.
  • Ensuring accurate timely reporting and maintaining participant privacy and rights.
  • Managing complex situations calmly and guiding staff through incidents and emergencies.
  • Acting as the key contact for participants families and professionals fostering strong relationships.
  • Ensuring NDIS compliance and staying updated on standards risk management and service quality.

About you

At the heart of this role is a commitment to being personcentred honest transparent caring and kind in all interactions. You will be dedicated to understanding and supporting each individuals unique needs while fostering an environment of trust and respect.

  • Extensive management experience demonstrating highly effective leadership and relationship building with people and teams.
  • Experience in mental health support including strategies for participants with bipolar schizophrenia cognitive delay ASD and nonspeaking.
  • Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP).
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or SIL Coordinator with the ability to manage multiple SIL homes independently.
  • Expertise in providing and coordinating personcentred supports.
  • Indepth knowledge of NDIS policies and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to advocate represent and influence in a complex changing environment.
  • Strategic innovative and practical thinking to support people with disability to live independently in the community.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills for resolving complex management issues.
  • Advanced problemsolving abilities and strong computer literacy (Microsoft products).
  • Passionate about delivering highquality services and making a positive impact.
