Position Title:Regional Director

Pay Range: $120000$130000 annually
Mission:
The mission of the Regional Director at ACES is to advance the delivery of exceptional ABA services by ensuring progress and excellence across key operational and clinical performance metrics. They drive meaningful client outcomes and support team member success by fostering a datadriven accountable and growthoriented environment. Through meticulous oversight and proactive problemsolving the Regional Director contributes to ACES mission to improve lives by optimizing service delivery and setting a standard of excellence in every aspect of regional operations.
Job Summary:
The Regional Director is responsible for driving performance and ensuring operational excellence across their assigned region by delivering results against ACES Purpose and Growth Potential Plan (PGP) and related Top 10 key performance indicators (KPIs see Performance Measures). To earn the right to achieve those they focus on safety compliance and the highest quality services. The Regional Director excels in turning data into action identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that regional goals are met. Known for their handson leadership they foster accountability within their teams and provide clear direction to overcome challenges and deliver measurable results. Dependable detailoriented and solutiondriven the Regional Director is seen as a trusted partner in achieving operational and clinical success.
Job Responsibilities:
Essential job responsibilities of the Regional Director include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Performance and KPI Management
Monitor and drive progress against KPIs including:
Number of Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and Supervisors in service.
Prescription fulfillment percentage.
Hours per client per BI and per BCBA per week.
Number of clients being served and new clients with comprehensive authorizations.
Percentage of hours in center and daily hours served.
Analyze data regularly to identify trends address challenges and implement strategies for improvement.
Operational Oversight
Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with company standards payer requirements and industry regulations.
Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to optimize staff utilization and maximize service hours.
Partner with the Senior Regional Director to address operational inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions.
Clinical and Service Management
Support efforts to achieve optimal client outcomes ensuring prescription fulfillment and the delivery of prescribed service hours.
Partner with clinical teams to expand services for new and existing clients focusing on comprehensive authorizations and centerbased hours.
Strategic Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the Senior Regional Director to align regional activities with overall organizational goals.
Provide regular reports on KPI performance including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement initiatives that drive regional success.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business Healthcare Administration Psychology or a related field (Masters or BCBA preferred).
5 years of experience in ABA services or a related field with 2 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven ability to analyze and act on data to achieve organizational goals.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Experience with multisite operations and staff management preferred.
Ability to travel within the region as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
May include without limitation the following physical demands: sitting typing and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time.
