Bubbas Gourmet Burgers and Beer is a renowned establishment that takes pride in serving mouthwatering gourmet burghers and an extensive selection of craft beers. Located inside the Printscape Arena in Southpointe.
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Bubbas Gourmet Burghers and Beer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service within the frontofhouse area. This team leader must provide a positive uplifting team environment. Our motto at Bubbas is simple: Guests first. Team Always!
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the frontofhouse team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates expectations and provide ongoing training.
Customer Service:
- Oversee the execution of exceptional customer service standards.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage daytoday frontofhouse operations including reservations seating and guest flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness organization and overall appearance of the dining area.
Training and Development:
- Implement training programs for frontofhouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Work closely with the management team to monitor and control inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce health and safety standards to create a secure environment for both customers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with local health department regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
