Your Opportunity: Regional Manager
Were seeking a highenergy strategic Regional Manager to lead our team and dealer growth efforts in Oklahoma City OK. This is a 100% fieldbased role with significant travel overseeing a regional team and cultivating strong dealer relationships while driving growth performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Provide strong leadership to Account Managers and Vehicle Condition Inspectors within your region.
- Train and develop a highperforming team committed to customer satisfaction and results.
- Set clear goals and lead by example to inspire a culture of accountability motivation and excellence.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on objectives recognize achievements and promote ongoing development.
- Enforce company policies manage performance and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
- Review regional reports to monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
Dealer Relationship Management & Growth
- Manage and optimize credit lines helping dealers maximize their financing potential while mitigating risk.
- Build strong trustbased relationships with dealer partners through regular inperson and virtual engagement.
- Drive regional portfolio growth by identifying acquiring and onboarding highpotential dealers.
- Resolve dealer concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Educate dealers on best practices and performance behaviors that align with company expectations.
Strategic & Operational Excellence
- Use data and regional performance metrics to set strategic goals and prioritize opportunities.
- Collaborate with your team to execute regionwide plans that deliver measurable business results.
- Partner crossfunctionally with Risk Recovery and other departments to ensure consistent support and operational success.
- Maintain deep market knowledge to stay ahead of trends and identify ways to strengthen our competitive advantage.
- Represent Floorplan Xpress at industry events auctions and networking functions with professionalism and purpose.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent bachelors degree is preferred
- Experience in the automotive and/or finance industries
- Proven success in a supervisory or regional leadership role
- Excellent relationshipbuilding negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Financial literacy and comfort with credit tools and performance data
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven approach to leadership and execution
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Ability to travel up to 75% including overnight travel
