About the Role
For September 2025 the Littlehampton Academy is seeking a highly skilled committed and inspirational leader to enhance our leadership team. This role will suit those keen to work in an environment offering opportunities to make a significant impact on the development of both students and staff as we continue our mission to become an exceptional school.
You will be working with a team of dedicated staff in a very motivating forwardthinking environment initially developing further our Behaviour and Culture Strategies. Our school is committed to providing excellent CPD at all levels including weekly teaching and learning development for all and progression programmes for each career stage from ECT to leadership.
