Job Description
Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: 39000 per annum
Working Hour: 2 on 4 off shift pattern 160 to 165 hours per calendar month
Hourly Rate: 16 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: 10 to 11 per month
Pay Per Sleep: 60
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
Home; Number of Beds: 2 Beds
Qualifications Required: Relevant qualifications in childcare or social care
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Employment Type: Permanent
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a positive impact on young people. You will have a strong background in residential care and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and social emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Currently operating two homes they have exciting plans for future expansion.
