Role: 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer
Location: BSN01 (Travel to customer site required)
Working Pattern: Shift Working (0or)
We are looking for a 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community daily contact with customers and stake holders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling triage and escalation is critical to the role.

Your role will involve:
