Living Waters Catholic Separate School Division
invites applications for the following:
Financial Assistant
Ecole St. Mary and Ecole St. Joseph Catholic Schools in Whitecourt AB
This is a 1.0 FTE position to work 8 hours per day 5 days per week. The position is split between the two schools.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
- Financial training and experience (Sage Rycor Atrieve)
- Experience with Excel Word Google Docs
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Comfort in a fast paced multitasking environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities
- Enjoy working with children and the public
- Conduct themselves in a professional and caring manner
