The Onboarding team owns and drives critical early phase of the Partner lifecycle by project managing all onboarding activities to help Partners be successful on Target Plus platform. The team works closely with External Vendors Integrators Category Management Acquisition and Item to ensure all partners added meet or exceed expectations of what it means to be a Partner selling goods on Target Plus.
The Analyst Onboarding will help drive operational efficiencies and pipeline health improvements by coordinating and executing against process improvements monitoring and reporting on Partner onboarding health and collaborating with key stakeholders.
His or her key responsibilities include:
Process Excellence: Execute and complete defined tasks to ensure partner is setup for success along the onboarding journey
Project Management: Build onboarding and integration project plans with Global Partners and collaborate with internal teams to successfully manage the execution of integrations onboarding and selfguided training for new partners
Analytics and Reporting: Create dashboards and monitor Onboarding pipeline health by tracking business metrics and identifying trends and blockers. Analyze postonboarding metrics (e.g CSAT productivity) to measure success and determine improvements to the onboarding journey
CFT Collaborations: Deep dive into problem areas and identify resolution of issues that may arise during the onboarding project with strong CFT collaborations. Special focus on Item setup and item approvals as per TAT guidelines
