Lead mentor and coach a team of software engineers to deliver highquality solutions that directly support our business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g. revenue user engagement or cost efficiencies).
Recruit and hire top engineering talent building a strong talent pipeline to ensure the right technical and cultural fit for the organization.
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Container (Docker/Kubernetes)
Gitbased workflows & CI/CD (e.g. ARGO CD GitHub Actions)
Basic knowledge of OpenTelemetry or other observability tools

2 years of experience leading software engineering teams with a proven track record of delivering impactful businessdriven solutions.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern engineering practices like continuous integration and delivery.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Solutionoriented You take ownership navigate complexity and drive effective solutions while keeping priorities and timelines in check.
Curious You ask the right questions challenge assumptions and promote best practices across the team.
Usercentric You combine data insights with empathy to make product decisions that truly serve customer needs.
