Job Summary
A supply chain SKU Network Lead (Replenishment Lead) is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the health and efficiency of the overall inventory within the network. Their main role is to identify any risk to service or cost through leading network level critical metrics and working with replenishment planners on fixes and root cause analysis.
Principal Responsibilities
Monitor analyze and report product inventory levels identifying deviations from projections and altering replenishment plans. Review forecast and performance reports identify errors and improve analysis process and inventory strategies With specific focus on DC level replenishment
Take actions when there is shortage or excess inventory at the DC Level working with DC Replenishment Analysts
Be the goto source for all replenishment related topics for supply planning and demand planning teams
Provides guidance and instruction to a group of replenishment planners about a portfolio changes and requirements
Crafting and maintaining Deployment Planning dashboards and reports to track SKU / warehouse key performance indicators (critical metrics)
Participate/lead weekly operational meetings
Work closely with Supply Planning leads to ensure that supply constraints are effectively led and communicated
Qualifications & experience
University degree with a specialty in Supply Chain Data Analytics or Engineering field.
5 year of relevant supply chain experience preferably within an industrial manufacturing or CPG environment; or relevant transferable skills and experience
23 years of experience in leading teams.
Strong analytical ability good judgement and problemsolving skills
Customer centric with the drive for results
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel; ability to interpret large amounts of data; high attention to detail
Experience with data visualization and analysis using Power BI desirable
Ability to work independently and in a team
Adept at working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with supply planning software desirable (especially SAPIBP)
