Whats the job
As Branch Sales Manager youll:
- Own and lead the VIC branch manage 45 staff drive activity lift revenue
- Be on the road visiting customers chasing deals growing territory
- Work with a strong dealer network councils FM providers warehouses aged care hospitals and more
- Reactivate and drive sales incentives
- Work with a handson Director who supports and mentors
About you:
Youre a hunter and a leader. You thrive on getting results..
- Experience selling capital equipment cleaning machinery or industrial products
- Strong in the field youre energised by being facetoface with clients
- Proven experience leading a branch territory or state team
- A proactive energetic mindset you take ownership and go after results
- Natural leadership with a rollupyoursleeves approach
- Bonus points if youve worked with councils tenders or vendor panels
