Job Description

Due to continued growth we are seeking a motivated and detailfocused Junior Lending Team Administrator to join our Surfers Paradise office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with up to 12 months experience in a professional environment who is looking to build a career in the mortgage and lending industry.
The Role
Working alongside our experienced Lending team youll provide essential support to ensure smooth processing of client applications from start to settlement. This is a handson role with plenty of learning opportunities and clear pathways for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing loan submissions and entering application data into ApplyOnline and Mercury
Liaising with clients to collect and follow up on outstanding documents
Supporting brokers through the application and settlement process
Maintaining accurate client records and managing workflow using our CRM
Assisting with construction progress claims and general administrative tasks
Developing foundational credit knowledge to grow into a broker support role and beyond
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Up to 12 months experience in lending financial services or a professional services office environment
A strong interest in starting a career in mortgage broking or lending
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Selfmotivation initiative and a proactive mindset
A valuesdriven approach to your work and team contribution
Support for further education including a Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking is available for the right candidate.
