Job Description
This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital a Sheppard Pratt Partner. This role will be based at Anna Jaques Hospital in Amesbury MA. Backed by Sheppard Pratt the nations largest private nonprofit behavioral health provider Sheppard Pratt Solutions partners with community hospitals to expand access to highquality mental healthcare bringing essential services closer to those in need.

What to expect.
Under the supervision of the nurse manager you will provide patientcentered care in a supportive collaborative environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Delivering empathetic care by maintaining calm courteous and thoughtful interactions with patients and families.
- Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies.
- Maintaining an organized safe and therapeutic treatment space.
- Contributing to evidencebased assessment and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Accurately documenting patient care activities including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with children and adolescent assessment.
- Preferred:
- An advanced degree in a human services field.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
