Job Description
Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Hinkley Leicestershire
Salary: 36000 Benefits
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs aged 717 with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)
Home; Number of Beds: 3bed
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in residential care
Employment Type: Permanent
Who we are looking for
You have achieved Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Residential Childcare / Children and Young Peoples Workforce. Ideally you will have experience in the Residential Childrens Services sector or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
This role offers a great work life balance with the condensed working rota and sleepins shifts start. Above all we are seeking likeminded passionate people who truly want to make a difference.
