Job Description
This position requires an active Secretclearance.
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to design implement and maintain IT systems that support business operations. This role involves troubleshooting optimizing system performance and ensuring system reliability while working with crossfunctional teams to meet business requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for System Engineer: Pay commensurate with experience.

System Engineer Responsibilities Include:
- Design configure and maintain hardware and software systems across multiple platforms.
- Provide ongoing support for system installation upgrades and patch management.
- Monitor system performance identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand system requirements and integrate solutions.
- Perform system backups disaster recovery and ensure data integrity.
- Document system configurations maintenance procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software systems.
- Ensure system security through proper configuration and maintenance of firewalls access controls and encryption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
System Engineer Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in system engineering or a related role.
- Knowledge of system architecture configuration and troubleshooting (Linux Windows or both).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash or Python.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Security CE preferred.
- Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools.
