SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director to lead our Gifting Solutions practice overseeing the strategic development and execution of highimpact gifting programs for a diverse range of clients. This role is ideal for a thoughtful clientobsessed leader with deep creative acumen and the ability to drive innovation across inperson and virtual gifting suites luxury merchandise and branded product experiences. The ideal candidate blends design sensibility with operational excellence excelling in both client partnership and vendor orchestration.
The Director will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships at the highest levels guiding them through the full lifecycle of gifting strategyfrom initial discovery to final delivery. This individual will shape holistic proposals that align with brand standards marketing objectives and business outcomes working closely with crossfunctional teams and bestinclass vendor partners to bring bold bespoke ideas to life. In addition to ensuring client satisfaction the Director will be responsible for the Gifting Solutions P&L and delivering sustainable client growth.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a confident communicator strategic thinker and handson creative partner who thrives in a fastpaced environment and leads with both empathy and precision.
What Youll Own:
Client & Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for key client accounts acting as a trusted advisor and innovation partner.
- Drive discovery engagements to uncover client goals brand nuances and audience needs translating insights into inspiring and effective gifting strategies.
- Present creative concepts and program proposals to senior stakeholders with professionalism confidence and persuasive storytelling.
- Cultivate longterm partnerships through proactive communication performance reporting and continuous value delivery.
Creative & Strategic Direction
- Lead the ideation development and execution of gifting experiences that elevate brand narratives and create meaningful connections.
- Guide the creative process in collaboration with design merchandising and fulfillment teams; ensure brand alignment and excellence in execution.
- Stay ahead of product trends cultural moments and experience design innovations to fuel fresh thinking and thought leadership.
- Contribute to the evolution of our creative capabilities merchandising strategy and proprietary tools or platforms.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify vet and manage vendor partners to ensure quality efficiency and brand consistency.
- Lead negotiations and contracts with thirdparty suppliers ensuring scalability operational excellence and adherence to budget across programs.
- Collaborate closely with fulfillment logistics and production partners to deliver hightouch ontime solutions with rigorous quality control.
Operational & Financial Accountability
- Own project timelines budgets and resource allocations balancing creativity operational feasibility and profitability.
- Establish repeatable processes that ensure scalability and client satisfaction while also improving margin and efficiency.
- Guide internal project teams and support staff with clear direction mentorship and performance oversight.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track department financial performance proactively identifying areas of growth to exceed budget.
Team & Culture Contribution
- Foster a culture of creativity collaboration and curiosity within the team.
- Represent the gifting function across internal departments and leadership forums actively contributing to the companys broader growth strategies.
- Participate in trade shows industry events and networking engagements as a brand ambassador identifying new opportunities for Gifting Solutions.
Qualifications:
- 810 years of experience in client services creative strategy or experiential marketingpreferably with luxury gifting or promotional product expertise.
- Proven track record of managing highprofile client accounts complex multistakeholder projects and large budgets.
- Strong creative sensibility with experience guiding design and merchandising efforts.
- Demonstrated experience in driving department growth scalability and profitability with a focus on expanding both projects and client base.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fastpaced environments that demand agility and decisiveness.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
