We seek a motivated and detailoriented Global Infrastructure Intern to join our team. In this role you will assist in various project initiatives including the deployment of new solutions upgrades and lifecycle initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in a global IT infrastructure environment while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance our organizations technology landscape.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in Deployment Projects:

Support the team in deploying new infrastructure solutions including hardware software and network components ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to operations.

Upgrade and Lifecycle Management:

Participate in upgrade and lifecycle initiatives including the replacement or enhancement of existing systems hardware refreshes and software updates.

Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation for project activities including deployment plans configuration guides and operational procedures.

Integration and Collaboration:

Work closely with application development DevOps and cloud teams to integrate containerized applications into the broader infrastructure ecosystem.

Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures for container environments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:

Pursing a bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

Experience:

Beginning programming course

At lease two years into a fouryear degree for Computer Science/MIS

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Windows or Linux Systems

Proficient in scripting and programming languages like Python Java or BASH.

Knowledge of networking concepts storage solutions and CI/CD pipelines in containerized environments.

Understanding basic computer systems CPU Memory Storage Etc.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

This role requires working in a global environment occasionally outside regular business hours to support infrastructure deployments or critical issues. Computer works in the office.

The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position:

If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Associatelevel degree: $16.00 per hour

If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Undergraduatelevel degree: $20.00 per hour

If the selected candidate is a student pursing a Graduatelevel degree: $32.50 per hour

If the selected candidate is a student pursuing a Doctoratelevel degree: $36.00 per hour

The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California Connecticut District of Columbia Illinois (Chicago area) Massachusetts New Jersey New York Washington (Seattle area):

Student pursuing an Associatelevel degree: $17.00 per hour

Student pursuing an Undergraduatelevel degree: $22.00 per hour

Student pursing a Graduatelevel degree: $36.40 per hour

Student pursuing a Doctoratelevel degree: $40.30 per hour
