Job Description
Were looking for a Sr. Agency Partner to help grow Pinterests Spanish agency business. As the primary point of contact for a listed set of agencies in Spain youll leverage executive relationships and your Pinterest ad platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts and transform our agency partners into advocates to meet their clients goals. In doing so youll play a key role in scaling one of the fastest growing advertising platforms in history through your agency partnerships.
What youll do:
- Establish Pinterest as a leading business driving platform for the Spain agency network
- Drive incremental and new business revenue within your book of business
- Act as the primary point of contact escalation point and thought leader for your Agencies
- Build relationships at the clevel and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
- Continually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partners
- Conduct periodic business reviews with Agency leadership and important constituencies
- Provide bestinclass client service and partnership across all facets of Agency investment planning social and research
- Track analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships
- Work crossfunctionally to help Pinterest build a worldclass advertising platform
What were looking for:
- 5 years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience working specifically with media and related agencies on brand and performance advertising products
- Demonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies into the holdco and opco level of a media agency network showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures
- Experience working with executivelevel business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
- Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forwardlooking predictability
- An independent businessfocused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills attention to detail and a bias for proactively resolving issues
- Bachelors degree in Business a related field or equivalent experience.

InOffice Requirement Statement
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection
- This role will need to be in the office for inperson collaboration 12 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Madrid office
