We are currently searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Maintenance Team in Greenville NC. This role will report to the site Maintenance Manager.
As Maintenance Supervisor you will plan and lead the daily activities of a team of millwrights electricians and mechanics in the areas of safety quality and reliability focused maintenance practices. You will also be responsible for leading team meetings & trainings identifying safety environmental quality & production issues coordinating activities with production teams to maximize productivity and minimize cost and reducing waste while proactively addressing reliability concerns. Additionally you will lead the team by proactively resolving employee issues building teamwork and ensuring adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

Key Functions
Work with the team to proactively identify safety issues and take measures to address concerns
Actively supervise maintenance activities to ensure safe efficient and quality work completion
Utilize predictive and preventive maintenance systems to reduce unscheduled downtime
Efficiently troubleshoot issues to meet volume and quality goals
Implement training processes to build the teams technical skills
Utilize computerbased programs to prioritize maintenance requests maintenance inventory management and maintenance resource delegation
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
At least 3 years experience in a maintenance supervisory role in an industrial environment
Proven ability to lead a team to be accountable and meet department metrics and goals
Workrelated experience in leading and ensuring compliance with safety initiatives
Knowledgeable in the areas of hydraulics air systems mechanical drives mechanical components installation methods troubleshooting and repair techniques and methods welding and basic industrial electrical
Proven expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance methods
Ability to identify root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective action to prevent reoccurrence
Excellent interpersonal written verbal and electronic communication skills
Demonstrated ability to raise performance by building and maintaining positive relationships with all associates through coaching and development
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong work ethic good judgment and decisionmaking skills
Track record of consistently demonstrating leadership skills as well as positive influence and accomplishments in proactively influencing safety environmental quality productivity and people development
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Windowsbased programs and internet skills
Demonstrated results in achieving and sustaining business goals
Knowledge of Maintenance Planning software such as SAP
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual meritincrease program and we are targeting a salary range of $77245 $115000 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
