POSITION SUMMARY

Vertiv is seeking a detailorientedSales Incentive Plan (SIP) Specialist to assist the administration of our sales incentive programs across North America. This role is responsible for setting and maintaining performance targets and supporting the sales organization through effective reporting analysis and dispute resolution. The SIP Specialist will also play a key role in coordinating the prestigious Presidents Club program recognizing top sales achievers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Strategy and Finance to establish annual and semiannual selling motion targets
  • Work with Sales Leadership to set SIP targets and plan measurements.
  • Ensure SIP plan designs are aligned with business goals and drive desired sales behaviors.
  • Track and reconcile SIP dispute tickets and exceptions
  • Provide regular and adhoc reporting to Sales Leadership Finance and HR as needed.
  • Support planning and execution of the Presidents Club program for the Americas region including participant selection communication and logistics coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
  • 48 years of experience in Sales Operations Compensation or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and with large volumes of data
  • Experience with sales incentive or compensation plans preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to work in standard office environment

TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED

  • Occasional travel may be required on an annual basis
