Job Description
The job of Maintenance is done for the purpose/s of providing maintenance services with specific responsibility for maintaining facilities in safe operating condition; addressing immediate operational and/or safety concerns; assisting skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available at job site. This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: Maintenance specialties may include: utility (HazMat) painting carpentry electrical or other skilled trades.
Responsibilities include working under direct supervision using standardized procedures; providing information and/or advising others; operating within a defined budget.
This position reports to the Director of Plant Facilities.
