Job Description
Regions Inpatient Rehabilitation department has an opportunity available for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join the team in a Rehab Coordinator position. To provide patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions with a personable and professional manner. These functions primarily include scheduling and coordinating therapy appointments using EPIC responding to phone and inbasket requests and supporting staffing supervisors to alert of current daily needs. Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
WednesdaySaturday 6:30am3:00pm
32 hrs. weekly / .8 FTE
Required Qualifications:
Two years experience in a direct customer/patient service position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Two years postsecondary education in Health Care or Business Administration is preferred.
- Prefer experience with electronic medical record
- Healthcare scheduling is preferred five years is strongly preferred
- EPIC experience strongly preferred
