Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Data & AI Business Unit. This role is pivotal in shaping our product strategy driving growth and revenue and leading engineering investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ML engineers data scientists and product managers with a focus on applied AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth and revenue. Lead a global team of ML engineers data scientists and product managers.
- Engineering Investments:Oversee the development of robust data architectures data pipelines for 1st and 3rd party data and 3rd party enrichments through connectors.
- AI & ML Models:Manage the creation and deployment of both 1st and 3rd party ML models ensuring they meet the needs of various vertical industries.
- Customized Solutions:Deliver tailored AI solutions for different industries leveraging both inhouse and thirdparty technologies.
- Process Optimization:Lead the organization with an optimal level of process balancing innovation with efficiency.
- Global Collaboration:Foster a collaborative environment within a distributed team ensuring seamless communication and coordination across different time zones.
- Customer Engagement:Ensure that AI solutions enhance customer interactions driving productive relationships and optimal outcomes based on business priorities and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading data and AI teams including ML engineers data scientists and product managers.
- Strong track record in developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Expertise in data architecture data pipelines and integrating 3rd party data enrichments.
- Deep understanding of applied AI and the ability to deliver customized solutions for various industries.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with experience managing global and distributed teams.
- Ability to balance process with innovation ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong focus on enhancing customer engagement and achieving optimal outcomes in line with business priorities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in data science machine learning or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education:Preferred Advanced degree (masters or PhD) in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related discipline. Equivalent experience acceptable.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in data architecture data pipelines and machine learning model development and deployment.
- Industry Knowledge:Experience in delivering AI solutions across multiple industries with a strong understanding of industryspecific challenges and opportunities.
- Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a global distributed team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
