Location: OfficeBased Cape Town
Salary: Competitive Base Uncapped Commission

If youre a seasoned 360 recruiter with a strong track record in permanent placements we want to hear from you. Were hiring two experienced consultantsone focused on the UK market the other on the USA marketto join our highperforming team in Cape Town.
About the Role- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for permanent medical placements
- Specialise in either the UK or USA healthcare market
- Build and maintain longterm client partnerships through a consultative solutionsdriven approach
- Source interview and submit qualified highcalibre candidates
- Handle negotiations and offers ensuring a smooth endtoend hiring process
- Consistently meet and exceed placement and revenue targets
- Minimum 3 years experience in permanent recruitment (healthcare preferred)
- Previous experience with UK or USA markets is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to hit and surpass financial and placement KPIs
- Strong in both client development and candidate management
- Excellent communicator with topnotch negotiation and organisational skills
- Targetdriven proactive and thrives in a fastpaced environment
